Represents clients in subsoil-use matters and has taken part in a range of M&A transactions in Kazakhstan.

Practical experience advising on setting up and running a business in the AIFC jurisdiction. Has set up and advised private structures in the AIFC, including Foundations, Exempt Funds, private companies and other forms of corporate vehicle.

Previously held a senior position in the legal division of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan, where he was responsible for the legal side of raising finance on international capital markets, including the issue of debt instruments and liaison with international investors.

A practising AIFC lawyer; in particular, has worked with private companies registered in the AIFC.
