The AG SEVENS team has hands-on experience supporting projects in the construction and infrastructure sector, including drafting and reviewing contractual frameworks, taking part in negotiations and resolving disputes.
We have worked on complex contracts, including EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), and understand the specifics of such projects at every stage, from structuring and agreeing the terms to delivery.
We have experience in negotiations between employers, contractors and investors, building a balanced model of risk allocation. Where needed, we immerse ourselves in the specifics of the project, acting not only as legal advisers but as practical specialists.
