In supporting clients, AG SEVENS gives priority to preventive work and to building a strategy aimed at minimising risks and reaching a mutually acceptable solution without going to court.
Where settlement is impossible because a counterparty has failed to perform its obligations, we provide full support for the court process, including the preparation of procedural documents and the representation of the client in courts and arbitration under applicable law.
At the request of our clients, we always propose resolving the dispute amicably, without litigation.
